About the Position: This position is located in Army Medical Center Madigan, Director of Executive, Hospital Safety Office. Located at Tacoma, Washington.

Duties

Provide administrative employees with the appropriate packet Initiation of the criminal history background check (CHBC). Operation of the Madigan Health Care System (MHCS) badge operation and installation vehicle registration programs. Provide civilian, military, and contractor staff with a country briefing prior to overseas travel. Maintain files in accordance with the Modern Army Record Keeping System.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
  • This position requires a qualified typist (minimum 40 words per minute).
  • This position is required to work uncommon tours of duty hours such as, on-call, working either fixed or rotating shifts, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
  • This position is subject to a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination.
  • This position requires an immunization screening to determine inoculation for Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR), Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis (Tdap), Hepatitis B series, Chickenpox titer and skin test screening for Tuberculosis (TB).

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60.
