You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Information Warfare (IW) Programs Requirements and Capabilities Directorate, (N81) of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and mastery of the application of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods sufficient to plan, schedule and conduct projects and studies to review current, proposed and future Integrated Fires capabilities and solutions proposed by the System Commands Program Offices. Experience and mastery knowledge of evaluative and analytical methods and techniques sufficient to evaluate and recommend for implementation initiatives that enhance or expand Fleet Integrated Fires interoperability. Experience and mastery of Department of Defense (DoD), Joint and Department of the Navy (DON) policy and guidance related to transformation, concept development and integration, architecture development, requirements integration and identification sufficient to represent the organization as a subject matter expert in analytical and developmental initiatives. Experience and mastery of and demonstrated experience with Naval and DoD research, development and acquisition processes associated with Integrated Fires programs sufficient to evaluate, prioritize and recommend ongoing research and development initiatives for possible inclusion into the Navy and DoD acquisition process.
