Duties

Develop internal policies, methods, and procedures for carrying out mission functions based on guidance and directives from local and higher headquarters. Analyze trends in health care utilization patterns, beneficiary population growth and movement; and uses a variety of economic indicators to develop business forecasts to support organizational strategic planning initiatives. Evaluate the efficacy and compliance of the hospitals business plan. Prepare proposals and completes appropriate financial analysis documentation for resource sharing agreements and resource support contracts. Coordinate work operations with personnel within and outside the organization to provide information on programs or to promote production, improve work techniques, increase employee output and reduce cost.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position has mandatory seasonal Influenza vaccination requirements and is subject to annual seasonal Influenza vaccinations unless otherwise exempted for medical or religious reasons (documentation of exemption must be provided upon hire).
