About the Position: This position is located at the Human Resources Division, Military Personnel Operations within Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Serve as a Supply Clerk requiring general knowledge of supply techniques and methods.
Duties
Perform supply clerical work in the documentary identification, control and processing of local purchase materials.
Monitor documentation and records associated with receiving, issuing, replenishing, status of supplies and inventory.
Apply knowledge of computer systems for basic entry and retrieval operations.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires immunization screening.
- In accordance with AR 690-11, this position has been designated as "Emergency-Essential".

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. General Experience: One year of general experience. General experience is progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled, such as, requiring general knowledge of supply techniques and methods, and performing supply clerical work in the documentary identification, control and processing of local purchase standard and non-standard materials.

Education: Two years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of by 60. Add the two percentages.
