Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTen (10) or more years of experience analyzing business problems and developing plans to address issues, problems, and concerns in IT-related fieldExperience gathering requirements for IT development projects by conducting interviews, requirements gathering sessions, workflow analysis, and process analysis, and translating those inputs into functional and/or technical requirementsThe ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with the superior ability to translate business specifications into user stories, test cases/acceptance criteria, and training materialsThe ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and identify prioritiesThe ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and grasp both technical and business-related concepts in a rapidly changing environment. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONSA strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Azure DevOps)Experience in ScrumWorking knowledge of Product Management and Product Owner roles, including holding a PMP certification and/or Agile Product Owner/ScrumMaster certifications.Knowledge of the federal legislative and law-making process
