You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will serve as a member of the Resource Sponsor team, manage the flow of appropriate programmatic and funding information, and provide solutions to efficiently utilize resources.
You will participate in planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) management and coordination efforts to define performance goals and program objectives in accordance with the Navy’s Strategic Management Plan.
You will develop, revise, and maintain schedules.
You will develop plans for project teams in accomplishing projects and studies.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:1). Applying knowledge of logistic processes, policies, and regulations to coordinate IT requirements and standard operating procedures.2). Supporting and/or working on a range of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) or product lifecycle management (PLM), or related logistics IT issues.3). Developing or managing logistics IT policy and IT acquisition-related logistics processes.4). Utilizing strong written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders of diverse audiences.
