This position is located in the Special Operations Division of the District of Columbia Superior Court. The Onboarding and Training Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for the deployment, creation, and management of role-based training materials, online learning tools, onboarding oversight, and standardization of business practices and operation procedures across Superior Court divisions and offices.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED plus eight (8) years of administrative experience supporting a major program or agency operation. Two (2) years must be in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting business process documents; and developing, updating, and standardizing enterprise-wide training materials.
Must possess strong critical thinking skills, ability to problem solve, exceptional attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of instructional design and/or ability to effectively utilize tools such as Case Management Systems, Captivate or another eLearning tool, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
Education Substitution:
Associate degree plus six years (6) years of administrative experience supporting a major program or agency operation. Two (2) years must be in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting business process documents; and developing, updating, and standardizing enterprise-wide training materials.
Bachelor's degree plus four years (4) years of administrative experience supporting a major program or agency operation. Two (2) years must be in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting business process documents; and developing, updating, and standardizing enterprise-wide training materials.
Master's degree plus two (2) years of experience in a position requiring data collection, analysis, and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting business process documents; and developing, updating, and standardizing enterprise-wide training materials.
