Duties
Develop and recommend the Engineering Resource Plan for DPW.
Perform analysis of DPW operating programs through daily and monthly reviews pertaining to the status of funds for all DPW accounts.
Lead working group to implement GFEBS processes for DPW and determines the effectiveness of the changes.
Review and negotiate agreements between DPW and other organizations such as all Inter-Service/Intra-Service Support Agreements (ISSAs), Memorandums of Agreements (MOAs), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Utility Sales Agreements.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450 upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation, dated 17-Nov-2011.
- A Tier 1, Non-sensitive, Low Risk background is required throughout this appointment.

Specialized Experience: Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service performing duties to include the following. Perform work on the development of a resource plan for organization such as Engineering Programs. Compile information to update and track funds and expenditures to ensure funds are properly used and meet compliance regulations. Utilize automated funds systems such as GFEBS for using, tracking and creating historical records for an organization financial resources.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS11).
