You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (F&ES) in the FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES DIVISION of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.

Duties
You will provide comprehensive, enterprise-wide Fire and Emergency Services service delivery through management of policy, Mission Profile Validation-Fire (MPV-F), systems, logistics and performance.
You will evaluate program performance measures to provide policy or process change recommendations.
You will allocate resources (e.g., funds, manpower, facility, space) to carry out program operations.
You will collaborate with senior leaders to define, integrate, or implement strategic direction for a program.
You will develop briefings for the delivery of program information to government leaders and key groups.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, coordinating, or executing resource management functions across a Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Program; 2) Performing financial management to provide planning, programming, or budgeting execution for Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) program; 3) Reviewing, updating or developing Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) policies.
