This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in the Program Management Office of the Chief Administrative Office (N).
A successful candidate in the Management and Program Analyst position will serve as an analyst, advisor, and project manager providing technical support, research services, and operational and administrative assistance.
Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
Provide support for the development and implementation of BPA-wide goals and strategy related to Chief Administrative Office policy and program issues.
Perform a full range of project management functions for assigned projects, studies, and analyses.
Collect, analyze, cross-reference, and assemble electronic data, statistics, records, and files from diverse sources.
Provide administrative support and guidance and serve as a liaison in obtaining a variety of internal business services.
Coordinate and assist BPA manager with development of annual performance appraisal plans for federal personnel by assisting in implementing, completing, and facilitating documentation management.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in planning and conducting administrative, analytical and evaluative work to plan, develop, and implement process improvement and/or implement internal control activities.
