You will serve as a INFORMATION WARFARE SPECIALIST in the NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE TRAINING GROUP of NIWTG SAN DIEGO.
Duties
You will act as principal advisor to the Command and Plans/Projects Department for Information Warfare (IW).
You will develop and maintain a command project tracker to enable effective management of ongoing and open projects.
You will coordinate and lead associated product development efforts, including assisting detachment working groups, command technologies, and command challenge working groups.
You will function as a point of contact for collection of Fleet IW requirements that apply to; IW experimentation, system acquisition; training, and development and maintenance of new and existing IW doctrine.
You will provide IW direct support to Fleet training workings groups to ensure Basic, Advanced, and Integrated Phase training strategies, standards, and processes reflect current alignments, techniques and procedures.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
To qualify for a GS-13 position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience acting as a subject matter expert of current and developmental readiness requirements across the spectrum of Information Warfare (IW) as it relates to doctrine, organization, training, materials leadership/education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF).
Experience performing frequent and continuous research, data collection, and analysis of a wide spectrum of problems related to the employment of Fleet Information Warfare (IW).
Experience analyzing and coordinating command IW training efforts to include scheduling, training, assessing, certifying and integrating.
Experience developing and maintaining a project tracker to enable effective management of ongoing and open projects.
Experience preparing correspondence and briefings reflecting Information Warfare (IW) efforts.
