You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the COMMAND SUITE of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will conduct site assessments to enforce equipment maintenance policy and guidance.
You will conduct analytical searches of database files (e.g., financial registers, supply history transactions, supply financial exceptions) to determine causes of transaction rejections or discrepancies.
You will brief managers on how data analytics can be used to measure program health.
You will develop methods to solve process problems to improve productivity within an organization.
You will defend recommendations on issues to all levels within an outside organization.
You will develop documentation or reports to summarize results of manpower assessments or studies.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Identify, plan, develop, and facilitate long and short-range continuous process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma principles such as define, measure, analyze, implement, and control. 2) Apply analytical and evaluate methods and techniques to organizational and program issues or studies. 3) Resolve problems where the solution is not well-defined by procedural requirements. 4) Plan, schedule, and conduct projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative operations for Command wide programs. 5) Evaluate and ensure accuracy of data pertaining to programs managed.
