You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (DEPOT CAPABILITY INTEGRATED PRODUCT TEAM LEAD) IN THE H-60 FST DEPT of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will investigate, research and determine applicability of major modifications for the program. Include modifications that would extend service life, improve survivability, reliability and maintainability, and aircraft safety.
You will budget FST assigned resources regarding training, workload execution, workload prioritization, and capabilities development for multiyear projections.
You will develop solution to the fleet reported issues.
You will manage cost, schedule and performance, generate and coordinate appropriate programmatic documentation and relevant information to support program reviews.
You will prepare correspondence, technical reports, and instructions for submittal to NAVAIR, other activities and contractors as may be required to answer inquiries, relay or request information, and establish work assignments.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field Program Management Level III. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing program analysis work related to aircraft operations, duties should include; 1) Integrate resource requirements such as funding, manpower, facilities, etc., for life cycle management of the assigned program; 2) Provide management direction to all activities and personal managing logistics, engineering and other support within the PMA/FST and at field activities, laboratories and contractors facilities; 3) Coordinate appropriate interface segments of the program with other program managers and management officials with higher authorities; 4) Serve as a liaison and representative in negotiations with other commands and offices of the United States Navy, Air Force, DOD, other governmental agencies and private organizations on matters pertaining to the assigned program; 5) Coordinate and elevate all acquisition and support activities associated with the assigned program; promulgate, assign or arrange for management control techniques and procedures to provide accurate and comprehensive information concerning the status and progress of assigned programs.
