You will serve as a C-130 Program Analyst in the Fleet Support Team Program Management Division of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will analyze programmatic and customer needs and synthesize requirements information for program initiatives and planning.
You will serve as a key participant in the development of an acquisition and sustainment strategy that serves as the framework for the integrating functional management support required to execute the acquisition and sustainment strategy.
You will direct the development of the comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of the requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress.
You will identify and defend resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.) for life-cycle management of the assigned program and integrate resource requirements with multi-year acquisition and support plans to develop budget inputs.
You will evaluate the impact of changing resource levels (budget cuts or increases) and update estimates of resource requirements while taking into account new or revised objectives, technical capabilities, and new acquisition strategies.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
(1) Analyzing programmatic and customer needs and synthesizing requirements information for program initiatives and planning; (2) Serving as a key participant in the development of an acquisition and sustainment strategy that serves as the framework for the integrating functional management support required to execute the acquisition and sustainment strategy; (3) Directing the development of the comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of the requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress; (4) Identifying and defending resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.) for life-cycle management of the assigned program and integrating resource requirements with multi-year acquisition and support plans to develop budget inputs; and (5) Evaluating the impact of changing resource levels (budget cuts or increases) and updating estimates of resource requirements while taking into account new or revised objectives, technical capabilities, and new acquisition strategies.
