You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the ORGANIZATIONAL IMPROVEMENT, CODE 58108 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will serve as an administrative specialist in the Cybersecurity Engineering Division, performing as an Advanced Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Support Manager (CSM).
You will develop draft annual plans, provide updates on procurement status to the division contract strategist, and respond to data calls as assigned.
You will provide customer service guidance to purchase requesters for maintaining procurement documentation (Request for Proposal, urgency impact statements, contractor performance feedback, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, etc.)
You will provide customer service guidance to purchase requesters and prepare PR documentation and forms (material and service quotes, market research, funding documents, etc.)
You will assist the COR in complying with all COR responsibilities per SPAWARINST 4440.12.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-2 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative support and analyzing existing administrative operational and support processes involving compiling simplified acquisition documentation and contracting documents to ensure compliance with procedures.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band NO-01 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting administrative support and analyzing existing administrative operational and support processes involving compiling simplified acquisition documentation and contracting documents to ensure compliance with procedures.
