You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGMENT ANALYST in the INFORMATION WORKFORCE DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Duties
You will manage the Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) Workforce Resource Governance Board (WRGB) developing short and long-range programs and workforce strategies.
You will perform in-depth studies to evaluate the effectiveness of workforce programs, manage to payroll efficiencies as it relates to prioritization of (DCI) vacancies.
You will manage personnel data architecture and HR enterprise systems establishing standard processes and practices for maintaining and reporting personnel data.
You will determine assignments, projects, milestones and deadlines and time frames for completion.
You will interview candidates for positions on the team; recommends appointment, promotion, or reassignment to such positions.
You will serve as an advisor and senior analyst for organizational performance issues, process improvements, performance management and organizational progress assessments with the division leaders.
You will oversee programs to determine progress against long-range plans and determine necessary personnel, funding, and other resource adjustments.
You will design, develop, and implement techniques to analyze issues associated with human capital policies throughout DC I and subordinate commands and organizations.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in establishing systematic processes for assessing and identifying human capital needs and to develop policy, plans and strategies to meet requirements of the organization; develop and manage a staff.
