You will serve as a SUPERVISORY BUSINESS ANALYST in the NAVFAC SOUTHWEST BUSINESS DIECTORATE of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
Duties
You will provide expert knowledge and ability in financial management as it relates to major maintenance, special studies, procedures and financial principles.
You will provide expert knowledge and ability in financial management as it relates to managerial principles and requirements related to General Fund budgeting and execution.
You will develop and recommend changes to measure program accomplishments, results or effectiveness.
You will plan and organize work, coordinate with Staff and Business/Support Line Management, and oversee phases of work projects.
You will develop projects plans to include identifying work, scope and deadlines.
You will provide expert organizational structure knowledge including both formal and informal communication.
You will oversee continuous process improvement projects to ensure successful execution and implementation.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Knowledge of business data analysis, statistical, evaluation techniques for organizational initiatives, resource and budget planning, and process improvement actions; 2) Knowledge and skill with technical and organizational programs and tools used for analysis of personnel, budget/resources, billet and other business data, such as the Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, MILSuite, COGNOS, and similar software; 3) Ability to communicate quickly & effectively with customers and employees verbally and in writing at all levels within and outside the organization; 4) Ability to serve as a subject matter expert on Business Analysis functions (to include Resource & Budget Allocation, Process Improvement initiatives/presentations and Organizational Data Reporting briefings, etc.; and 5) Ability to understand, interpret and apply existing guidelines in varying situations and to adapt guidelines as required; to demonstrate a capacity for making authoritative business and process improvement decisions and recommendations.
