You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR in the Maritime Expeditionary Security Goup One (MESG-1) of CORIVGRU ONE.
Duties
You will oversee the Mobilization Division, which encompasses the proper operation of the MESG Navy Mobilization Processing Site by maintaining common operating picture for the entire ISIC Self-Mobilization Program.
You will coordinate external stakeholders and service providers during the planning organization, and execution of operational events.
You will oversee the training of Mobilization Processing Team (MPT) ensuring compliance with higher echelon regulations.
You will generate daily operational summaries, verification reports, customer rosters, etc. for each mobilization event.
You will monitor the use and rate of expenditures and prepare a variety of reports covering the status of funds, expenses, and obligations.
You will oversee the staff in budgeting, allocation, execution, accounting and analysis of Annual Training (AT), Additional Duty for Training (ADT), Inactive Duty for Training and Travel (IDTT), and Additional Training Periods (ATP) functions.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning, coordinating or directing support services for a mobilization program, managing and monitoring funds, facilitating training, and overseeing daily operations to improve the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of an organizations mission.
