You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR in the NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND PACIFIC (NECCP), MARITIME EXPEDITIONARY SECURITY GROUP ONE (MESG-1), ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT of CORIVGRU ONE.
Duties
You will support the Naval Expeditionary Force (NEF), Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) comprising of 5 Active and Reserve subordinate Echelon V commands.
You will supervise in scope and requires accomplishment of work through combined technical and administrative direction of others.
You will provide technical management and coordinate, support, and execute self-mobilization events during the basic and integrated phase of the Fleet Readiness Training Plan (FRTP) for Reserve Component units.
You will oversee the Mobilization Division, which encompasses the proper operation of the MESG Navy Mobilization Processing Site by maintaining common operating picture for the entire ISIC Self-Mobilization Program.
You will manage mobilization package creation and submission Concept of Operations, Operational Plans, and/or Joint Chief of Staff Global Force Management criteria.
You will oversee the staff in budgeting, allocation, execution, accounting and analysis of Annual Training (AT), Additional Duty for Training (ADT), Inactive Duty for Training and Travel (IDTT), and Additional Training Periods (ATP) functions.
You will provide administrative scheduling and coordination for work assignments (e.g., data management, administrative support, records and directives/forms control, examination of work processes, products, and services).
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analytical work for effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity in applying a wide range of planning and coordinating of a variety of administrative and service support functions for planning, coordination and resource allocation for all Mobilization programs and processes.
