As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will supervise, oversee and maintain authority and responsibility for the execution and performance of the Zonal Vital Records Center, Fleet Program Support Center.Location of position: Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) - Office of Fleet Management - Zonal Vital Records Center, Fleet Program Support Center in Kansas City, MO.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $105,029 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and activities for a fleet-related program. Such experience must include:
● Identifying, analyzing, and summarizing program data against goals and objectives ● Leading and/or participating in projects aimed at improving fleet program operations and/or resolving technical problems● Providing technical insight and guidance to staff and other stakeholders on processes and methodologies● Preparing and/or conducting oral and written briefings for management to explain analysis and provide recommendations and/or action plans● Leading and/or participating in various phases of a vehicle consolidation
