As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will supervise, oversee and maintain authority and responsibility for the execution and performance of the Zonal Vital Records Center, Fleet Program Support Center.Location of position: Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) - Office of Fleet Management - Zonal Vital Records Center, Fleet Program Support Center in Kansas City, MO. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

Specialized experience is experience evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and activities for a fleet-related program. Such experience must include: ● Identifying, analyzing, and summarizing program data against goals and objectives ● Leading and/or participating in projects aimed at improving fleet program operations and/or resolving technical problems● Providing technical insight and guidance to staff and other stakeholders on processes and methodologies● Preparing and/or conducting oral and written briefings for management to explain analysis and provide recommendations and/or action plans● Leading and/or participating in various phases of a vehicle consolidation
