In this Supervisory Management & Program Analyst position you will serve as the Assistant Chief of the Business Integration Center responsible for providing oversight and expert logistical and analytical support for JPATS Headquarters and branch office(s).
This position is located in the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System / Kansas City, Missouri.
Duties
As a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst at the GS-0343-14 grade level, some of your typical work assignments may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Developing and implementing procedures and guidance to successfully deliver division support services.
Formulating new policies and implementing new and innovative program directions.
Advising senior management on issues relating to USMS financial and non-financial policy, automation and quality assurance programs,
program planning, and program development.
Exercising full supervisory responsibility over subordinate administrative personnel and providing direction and oversight for contractor provided services.

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the experience required for the grade level to which you apply.
To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, you must meet the following:
Specialized Experience: Experience that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. You must have at least one year (12 months) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing the following duties:
Balancing the workload of a team or a staff with consideration for competing priorities and interests that affect production and performance;
Studying the effectiveness and performance of programs, policies, and/or procedures using qualitative and quantitative research methods;
Coordinating across organizational divisions, programs offices, and/or project teams to achieve cross-cutting goals and objectives; AND
Reviewing program area operations to ensure financial activities are compliant with laws, regulations, and/or standards.
