You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville FL (FLCJ).
Duties
You will apply a thorough knowledge of Inventory Accuracy standards and policy in accordance with NAVSUP's Lines of Effort (LOE).
You will complete internal oversights (i.e. Management Review Controls) to ensure that business processes are executed in accordance with policy and provide needed metrics.
You will provide financial management and oversight of departmental service plans, budget phasing plans, allocations, and funding document reviews.
You will contribute to the development of the annual financial plan; including oversight of the Product and Service Plan, budget phasing plan, management of execution, allocations and funding document reviews.
You will collect, interpret, and analyze data, reports, and other sources of information and provide reports and recommendations as needed.
You will supervise other employees by planning training requirements, setting long and short-term priorities, preparing assignments, and evaluating employee's work.
Your will analyze reports for and provide technical guidance and recommendations to the Deputy Director, as well as other employees as needed.
You will approve authorizations and vouchers for the department in the Defense Travel System.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing extensive technical knowledge of aviation supply logistics, supply policies, procedures, regulations and principles to incorporate the Navy Supply Program mission through analysis and application of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and DOD Logistic Support programs. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Overseeing material management, warehousing operations, and inventory accuracy of materials managed in inventory; 2) Ensuring that Missing, Lost, Stolen, or Recovered (MLSR) reports are completed in compliance; 3) Reviewing inventory accuracy by ensuring physical inventories and location surveys are completed and properly recorded and analyzing inventory statistics to resolve problems or determine needed corrective measures; 4) Coordinating the annual financial plan and collecting and analyzing report costs and financial data to ensure budget requirements are met; 5) Determining the correct type of funding for a particular mission or reimbursable; 6) Providing technical and administrative support to other employees by assigning work, evaluating completed work, or providing training.
