You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.
Duties
You will provide analytical support for current business processes and procedures and designs to aide in the improvement of supply chain effectiveness.
You will provide Logistics and supply system assistance with procedural, technical, and planning aspects of applicable automated systems and practices pertaining to new and/or improved business processes.
You will research various policies and procedures and make recommendations for correction or implementation to Officer-in-charge, NFMT.
You will develop tests and interpret data to determine the requirements of any major program change.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following: 1) Providing instructions and guidance to deployed and non-deployed units, and shore commands in supply ordering, receipting, inventory and financial management processes of subsistence commodities utilizing Food Service Management (FSM) and Subsistence Total Order Receipt Electronics Systems (STORESWEB) software; 2) Submitting and Managing incident reports as a Navy Enterprise Serve Desk (NESD) TIER 1FSM Subject Matter Expert (SME) utilizing the Information Technology Service Management SEITSM tool; 3) Performing a wide variety of complex tasks using data base systems to provide information, perform trend analysis, demand planning, solve problems and provide guidance, assistance and solutions on a wide variety of supply operations.
