Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Transforming data management findings and/or recommendations into written reports and/or briefings for presentations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Effectively communicate both orally and in writing (e.g., briefings, presentations, procedures development, user guides, etc.), to convey data management information to employees and executive level officials.
Collaborating across the agency to successfully assist with leading a strategic initiative or program, application development or policy for Enterprise Data Management.
Assisting with the developing and implementing policies, processes, and procedures for Enterprise Data Management.
Possessing technical skills in at least one Data Management - Data Management Body of Knowledge (DAMA DMBOK) Knowledge Areas (Data Architecture, Data Modeling & Design, Data Storage & Operations, Data Security, Data Integration & Interoperability, Document and Content Management, Reference & Master Data, Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence, Metadata Management, Data Quality, or Data Governance, Operational Data Stores, Database Management Systems).
