Defense Technical Information Center is seeking an Identity, Credential, and Access Management subject matter expert to support its customer product portfolio in providing leadership and coordination of DoD Scientific and Technical (S&T) knowledge sharing programs to ensure identity and access management technologies are integrated and meeting the appropriate policy requirements. In your role, you will support activities to transform how the Defense S&T community accesses information.
Duties
Responsible for the research, evaluation, design, planning, and support of the agency IAM program and policy.
Interprets department level and other higher headquarters policy for applicability and suitability to DTIC IAM programs.
Provides guidance in the overall planning and programming of agency IAM program operations by researching best practices, analyzing proposed and existing operations.
Responsible for researching IAM trends and emerging capabilities to order to provide authoritative recommendations for the development and maintenance of related DTIC policy and programs.
Identify technologies based on industry trends, customer needs, and value proposition; and oversee execution and Agile delivery of capability to a customer community that strives to convert research and engineering into capabilities.
Works with senior leaders across the organization and counterparts to develop the strategy, direction, and execution of ICAM portfolio.

Qualifications
Time in Grade: For entry at the GS-14 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-13 or higher grade in the Federal Service.
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade GS-13 within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as experience:
Experience conducting reviews and providing feedback on Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) designs and implementations to ensure ICAM meets current and future user needs. Engaging in ICAM meetings, providing strategic- and policy-related input, and making recommendations to leadership on all ICAM-related matters. Developing comprehensive recommendations for changes to policies, procedures, and governance that are necessary to make applications available to the supported user communities. Surveying the ICAM product marketplace, studying emerging ICAM technologies, and making recommendations to leadership for integration into systems. Working with operational teams to prototype/pilot ICAM solutions, supporting/leading ICAM integration meetings, and working with cloud SMEs to ensure that ICAM services are fully integrated.
