Duties
Serve as an expert for Global Force Management (GFM) and set work schedule priorities.
Coordinate and track Request for Forces (RFF) and rotational force requirements.
Draft and write Force management correspondence.
Attend and schedule meetings, conferences, and video teleconferences with authority to represent USARPAC's position.
Brief General Officers/Flag Officers (GO/FO) and senior leaders on sourcing recommendations and explain ordered force assignments and allocations.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- This position is designated as Drug Testing Required. Incumbent is subject to random urinalysis testing in accordance with DA guidelines. Incumbent must complete DA 5019.
- Position is designated as "Emergency-Essential" in accordance with AR 690-11. Emergency-Essential designation takes precedence over any transportation agreement or military recall status.
- This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes planning global force operations to execute assigned mission, contingency plans and operations; briefing management on status of global force management programs; and leading global force management operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
