About the Position: This position serves as the Chief, Mobilization Division under the Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS). This position is the senior Mobilization Support Specialist for plans and program advisor for the Installation.

Duties

Serve as the Mobilization Operations expert and oversee Mobilization program. Supervise mobilization staff to accomplish mission. Serve as the Contracting Officer Representative for all Mobilization Operations. Recommend courses of action to be taken and methods to implement new requirements.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Incumbent may be required to work extended days, night shifts and weekends during periods when the EOC is activated.
  • This is a Mission Essential position.
  • In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situation the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
