Duties
You will create credentials IAW established procedures in regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
You will maintain strict accountability and inventory of all serial numbered CBPSP materials ensuring they are safeguarded prior to issuance.
You will utilize the Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), maintains sensitive personnel information.
You will establish and publishes SOPs specifically for the CBPSP Program, using a high degree of ingenuity and judgment coupled with a detailed knowledge of NCIS operations and organization.
You will formulate budgetary requirements based on current and projected mission needs.
Requirements

- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialize experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing security work involving the application of security programs, data tracking systems and policies in order to safeguard personnel, facilities, materials, and documents; as well as assisting in determining whether established security policies and procedures are adequate and up to date, and recommending improvements when necessary.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Education
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
