You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Supply Chain Operations division of SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS.

Duties

You will implement administrative policies and procedures for N3 areas of responsibility. You will evaluate requests for supplies and services, initiate and process required paperwork and assures actions taken are in compliance with policies and procedures. You will oversee a variety of administrative programs, including the distribution and dissemination of incoming mail, internal controls, records management, publication and forms management, and timesheets. You will provide assistance on the processes and procedures of management systems, productivity measurements, and process improvement programs. You will serve as the NETC representative with headquarters in tracking and approving expenditures. You will serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative, reporting to the Contracting Officer, working with the director for funding allocations You will develop and evaluate estimates provided by planners and estimators to ensure they are in alignment with current labor rates and material costs.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on administrative policies and procedures; 2) Developing solutions to administrative operation issues; 3) Monitoring suspense items to ensure timely completion; and 4) Implementing administrative policies and procedures in accordance with organization's mission and objectives. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree OR
Successful completion of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
