You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER of BUREAU OF NAVAL PERSONNEL.

Duties

You will maintain systems to monitor both internal and external suspense and reporting requirements You will gather data files from centralized data programs to generate reports for management purposes. You will prepare outgoing correspondence in accurate message format for a department.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Manage daily operations of administrative programs and services to ensure timely submission and compliance with directives, regulations and procedures. 2. Advise management on diverse administrative issues for higher level decision/action. 3. Prepare reports by retrieving and formatting information for various sources. In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

superior academic achievement
