You will serve as the Chief, Office of Business Operations, within a Federal Lands Highway Division (FLHD). The Office of Business Operations is responsible for managing the delivery of the FLH Program as well as other program administration and support for our partners, including transportation planning, program deve1opment, environmental compliance, alternative transportation coordination, administrative, and automatic data processing, and property management.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade.For the GS-15: You must have at least one year of specialized experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which included:
Experience managing Federal Lands Highway and/or Federal-aid Programs
Experience developing short and long-term plans, policies, and guidance to support organizational priorities and program requirements; AND
Experience evaluating and coaching the performance of staff to promote staff development and ensure that they are meeting performance goals.
