This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Program Management Organization (PMO), Air Traffic Systems Directorate, the Terminal Second Level Engineering Group.
Duties
The employee will apply experience and comprehensive knowledge of computer science methods and techniques to store, manipulate, transform, or present information by means of computer systems. As a lead, will work towards developing, enhancing, planning, conducting and documenting processes for 2nd Level Engineering and will lead a team by providing support with aviation real-time automation systems.

Qualifications

At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus. All academic degrees and course work must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions.In addition to meeting the basic qualifications listed above, to qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is: Experience conducting analyses of business, scientific, engineering and other technical problems in support of aviation real-time automation systems.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.Some, all, or none of the applicants may be interviewed.
