You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will be responsible for providing resources to managers and employees creating or modifying Individual Development Plans.
You will function as the WayPoints Learning Management Systems (LMS) administrator.
You will employ qualitative and quantitative techniques to research and analyze historical and legacy systems data to produce trend analysis.
You will be responsible for survey administration at each stage of the life-cycle.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following
Administering and providing managerial support to a learning management system while utilizing knowledge of various workforce development resources.
Performing a training coordinator function.
Producing trend analysis of civilian personnel data and to resolve complex problems utilizing a wide range of qualitative and qualitative methods.
Communicating with a wide range of audiences (e.g., senior leaders to employees).
