You will serve as a Program Manager in the International Small Combatants (PMS 525) Program Office of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.
Duties
You will establish responsibilities and manage workload for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team.
You will oversee Pre-Letter of Request (LOR) efforts, case development, execution, and closure of current and future cases for PMS 525 International Unmanned and Small Combatants.
You will coordinate and collaborate across a large team to manage cost, schedule, and performance to meet requirements in multiple Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs).
You will communicate case activities and status in a variety of written and oral forums at all levels internal and external to the organization.
You will supervisor and direct multi-disciplinary subordinate organizations to achieve program goals.
You will represent the organization to senior level personnel internal and external to the Department to provide written and oral advice and direction.
You will report on program concepts and status, and diffuse and address controversial and sensitive program issues.
You will formulate strategies and tactics to acquire and allocate resources to achieve program goals, milestones and/or schedule requirements.
You will establish work assignments to be accomplished by the employees in the program.
You will set priorities, prepare schedules for work completion, and ensure the timely performance of satisfactory work efforts.
You will evaluate employee performance and recommend appropriate incentives.
you will provide strategic direction and oversee implementation of required FMS policy and disclosure procedures to ensure compliance with DOD, DON, NIPO, and other Security Cooperation policies.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing program activities or functions (e.g. contracting, resource allocation, strategic planning, risk assessments, budget planning, development and execution, problem resolution and reporting, or financial management) to ensure compliance with project costs, schedules, or requirements for the design, development, modernization, sustainment, or maintenance of surface ships or submarines.
