You will serve as a Utility Systems Repairer-Operator Supervisor, responsible for independently supervising other trades workers in performing a wide range of operations, monitoring, maintenance, and repair services for NIH utilities systems. You will monitor and inspection utilities systems on both a routine and emergency basis, which will require the use of multiple trade practices associated with the operation and repair of utilities systems and equipment.

Qualifications
You will be rated in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standard Handbook X-118C. Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most blue-collar positions, you must meet any screen-out element listed, and show through experience and training that you possess the level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position.
