As a Utility Systems Repairer Operator, you will be responsible for independent operation, maintenance, and minor repair of large industrial chiller units as well as operating and maintaining various plant systems such as steam boilers.

Duties

Apply in-depth knowledge of utility systems to independently operate utility systems under varying load conditions. Monitor operation, and repair of multiple utility systems and equipment, including air conditioning, heating, and chilled and industrial water distribution. Perform inspections, shift rounds, and preventive maintenance on utility systems and other equipment as required or directed. Demonstrate expertise in the use, handling, and maintenance of tools and equipment common to utility systems. Monitor diagnostic tests to locate malfunctions and make adjustments or repairs to restore working order to utilities systems.
