Duties
You will collaborate with each Domain Support Group to identify best practices, opportunities for improvement, and develop written policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve command business practices.
You will identify and coordinate innovative tools to streamline processes, institute data analytics methodology and techniques into assigned tasks, and improve customer service.
You will serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for Innovation and Engagement contracts.
You will develop and oversee a customer, industry, and stakeholder engagement program in collaboration with other NSMA leaders and resource sponsors.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-12:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
1.) Leading complex projects for senior leaders;
2.) Developing training materials and presenting to groups;
3.) Conducting analysis and leading innovative changes;
4.) Writing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines.
GS-11:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:
1.) Coordinating meetings for senior leaders;
2.) Using knowledge of Navy protocol;
3.) Updating policies and procedures using critical thinking;
4.) Collaborating with internal and external teams to identify opportunities for engagement and provide full-scope support for the events.

Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
OR
possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
have completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
possess an LL.M., if related
OR
a combination of graduate education and experience as described above that equates to one year of experience
