The position(s) is located in the ATO, Resource Management Group, Management and Administrative Support Team.

Duties

Performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, or more experienced professional. May act as a contributing specialist on work activities for large projects/programs/activities. Applies experience and comprehensive knowledge applicable to his/her discipline to plan and conduct functional activities for projects/programs.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
  • A recent SF-50 is required (See Required Documents for requirements)
  • Some, none, or all of the candidates may be interviewed.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-12 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience for this position includes the following:Advanced working knowledge of relevant EEO laws, rules, and regulations, as well as comprehensive skills in compiling and analyzing data from complaints to provide actionable insights and ensure compliance.Skills in coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing management reports, and developing improvements to systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
