You will serve as an IT Specialist (CUSTSPT) as the NMCI Deputy Activity Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) within the IM Customer Services Branch of the ACIO/Information Technology Division (104) of the Corporate Operations Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
The NT-05 pay band is equal to the GS-13/14.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. The salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435).
Duties
You will serve as the NMCI Deputy Activity Contract Technical Representative (ACTR) for NSWC Crane Division.
You will work closely with the NMCI ACTR for NMCI operational issues.
You will analyze user needs and requirements to make recommendations for proper NMCI solutions.
You will coordinate ordering of new and changes to existing NMCI services for NSWC Crane.
You will assist NMCI ACTR with gathering, tracking, submitting and receiving orders against the NMCI contract.
You will communicate new developments, breakthroughs, challenges and lessons learned on NMCI solutions and services to leadership, and internal and external customers.
You will coordinate with the HP Field Service Lead (FSL) for delivery of NMCI services.
You will provide first level NMCI technical support for operational issues that arise.
You will submit Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests for NMCI assets and services.
You will serve as the NMCI Tech Refresh Project Manager.
You will oversee management of NMCI assets for accountability and recording of service delivery for payment and asset reconciliation.
You will assist the NMCI ACTR with projecting NMCI requirements, costs, and prioritization for budget planning and execution.
You will serve as the Account Management Team lead (coordinate and escalate issues relating to Account creation and Account access issues).
You will serve as Technical Lead for NSWC Crane ACTR Department POCs.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 802, proficiency level Intermediate the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11-12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing, defining, and delivering complex IT customer solutions and providing technical guidance or recommendations to resolve IT issues and optimize user experience for an organization. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
