You will serve as a TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR in the N2 Intelligence Asst Chief of Staff of Commander, Carrier Strike Group FOUR.

Duties
You will plan, design and carry out programs, projects or other assignments, resolving conflicts that arise and interpreting policy in terms of established objectives.
You will ensure the CSG, ARG, and Independent Deployers training scenario supports the inclusion of LIVE-VIRTUAL-CONSTRUCTIVE (LVC) during live events.
You will provide manpower justification and budget estimates to ensure proper manpower mix of civilian employees, military members, and contractor support.
You will synthesize long-range exercise schedules and requirements to short notice technical design and integration issues.
You will coordinate and execute all SDS scenario requirements to senior members, event and exercise participants, and subordinates.

- TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance with SPECIAL ACCESS TO INCLUDE SPECIAL PROGRAMS.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Designing, planning, scripting and executing a realistic training scenario replicating the high-end fight to support all elements and training objectives to support the needs of the organization, (e.g., Carrier Strike Group (CSG), Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and Independent Deployers (ID));
Handling administrative issues to include, but not limited to: manpower, budget, travel and space management;
Providing technical support to exercise and experimentation seminars, workshops, war games and conferences;
Implementing managerial acumen regarding coordination and direction of operations executive/directorate intelligence and other elevating stratum, (e.g., N2 directorate as well as the Scenario Development and Scripting (SDS) division to support Unit, Warfare Commander, Staff, Joint (up to and including Joint Task Force level), and Coalition Forces); AND
Planning, scenario development/coordination/execution, development of major storylines and inject methodology and fleet training requirements/objectives.
