The NT-05 Pay Band encompasses the GS-13/14
Duties
You will use Project Management knowledge, processes and tools to lead and manage diverse project teams necessary to propose, plan, execute, and close-out multiple complex Ordnance and Energetics Manufacturing tasks or projects.
You will compose and present project documentation (e.g. cost estimates / proposals, project plans, schedules, spend plans, statements of work, etc.).
You will manage and track project planning and execution information using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat software.
You will analyze, track and report on project status including: budget, cost, schedule, technical performance, risk and quality.
You will manage and track project financial data using the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including gathering financial information and building project structures.
You will communicate and resolve project status or issues with portfolio managers, resource managers, customers and suppliers.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/13 equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating technical project requirements to develop, plan and implement project schedules, milestones and deliverables to ensure the execution of mission objectives in support of an ordnance or energetic program.
