Duties
You will plan, organize and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program.
You will receive and process complaints and related investigations converming resident to leadership.
You will participate in regular or periodic deficiency review, assembles facts, evaluate information and prepares draft reports and answers to correspondence.
You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters.
You will conduct joint tenant-management walk-throughs of quarters
You will review requests for accuracy and completeness of data.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying for GS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and stated in your resume.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Plans organize and performs work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance of Family Housing Services functions.

Education
