Duties
You will serve as a Housing Management Assistant of multiple assigned UPH facilities and will receive a variety of assignments related to occupancy, maintenance, and inspections.
You will be responsible for ensuring proper check in of arriving residents in accordance with UPH policy and procedures, as well as will perform check-in and check-out room inspections with residents.
You will perform regularly scheduled inspections of the exterior of BEQS and common areas and grounds to ensure proper condition, safety, and cleanliness.
You will ensure assigned buildings and all available rooms within those buildings are properly maintained for adequate living and ready for assignment to newly arriving personnel.
You will provide input and feedback to the UPH Deputy Director for development of internal operation procedures relating to building maintenance/repairs and submits work requests through USMC MAXIMO web based maintenance system.
You will assist in project planning and management, make recommendations on procurement, storage and movement of assets, ensure security of all assets, and proper disposal of assets.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing administrative duties related to lodging operations to sufficiently identify, schedule, and coordinate occupancy, required maintenance, and inspections.

Education
You may also meet the minimum qualifications through education and/or combination of education and experience by satisfying one of the following:
Successful completion of 1 full year of graduate level education
OR
Superior academic achievement
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal to 100 percent.
