You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will provide guidance on complex logistics issues, staffing, and business practices.
You will assist with the coordination of fiscal management, external studies, strategic planning, and business management.
You will participate in working groups regarding program development, assessment, and execution.
You will develop official guidance and policy direction.
You will complete assignments of high priority, significance, and sensitivity that are immediate and special concerns to the organization.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES); 2) Managing and executing budgets at various levels and using databases to monitor budgets; 3) Utilizing managerial and technical skills to plan, organize and direct expert-level teams, evaluate needed efforts, and manage project resources; and 4) Preparing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) long-range and short-range planning guidance.
