You will serve as a Resource Specialist in the Program Support Division of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO.
Duties
You will oversee identification of resource requirements for improvements to a planning, programming, and budgeting process.
You will identify sources (e.g., mandatory source, solicit vendors from open market, or similar sources) to determine method of procurement.
You will review DTS submissions for accuracy and analyze budget obligation, commitment, and execution data from a variety of projects to address deficiencies in program execution.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Using purchasing regulations/methods/procedures to make purchases involving specialized and/or commercial requirements; 2) Using market sources to purchase a wide range of specialized items and services; 3) Ensuring documentation for contract and/or procurement comply with regulations; and 4) Preparing/presenting budget reports associated with reoccurring obligations to managers.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
I have obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
