Qualifications

To qualify for the GS-14 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-15 level defined as providing leadership or technical advice on budget related matters; reviewing travel, contracts and/or grants for regulations/statutes compliance; providing guidance on contract or grant management functions (e. g. award policies, requests for proposals, submission of applications, audit resolutions, and applicability of terms and conditions); and coaching or mentoring or leading others

Ability to lead branch operations.
Skill in collaborating across work groups to achieve goals.
Skill in applying administrative policies, programs, and processes.
Ability to perform supervisory duties.
Skill in budget management.
