You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER OMN.
Duties
You will provide analysis to develop strategies and procedures to improve Navy supply chain process effectiveness.
You will coordinate the functional integration of designed automated alternatives to existing system approaches which enhance supply chain products and assure accuracy.
You will review contractor and government developed solutions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
You will provide technical guidance on supply chain management regulations, polices, and procedures supporting supply chain management business processes.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying, defining, and establishing the functional relationships of supply chain business processes; 2) Interpreting policies and governance mechanisms in order to establish and maintain compliance for functional teams and processes; 3) Developing and documenting business requirements in order to provide process improvement recommendations; 4) Applying business process engineering concepts, cost-benefit analysis, financial management, quality assurance and configuration management as it applies to supply projects; 5) Developing, delivering and supporting business operations guidance and direction to ensure the successful sustainment of production operations for a Supply System utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) IT solution.
