You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the CORPORATE BUSINESS & ANALYSIS GROUP, COST & ACQUISITION ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will serve as the primary focal point and coordinator for all Program Management Office (PMO) acquisition planning, programming and budgeting for this classified project.
You will work with complex concepts in regards to technical and acquisition process.
You will be responsible for development of acquisition documentation and presentation material and identifying and communicating program risks, mitigated and assumed.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Developing Acquisition Strategies and Contracting Strategies; 2) Analyzing business and acquisition processes and systems, contribute ideas, and/or recommend innovative approaches and proposals, in order to solve problems or make continual improvements in the organization; 3) Coordinating with the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Contract Specialists, Cost Estimators, Planners/Schedulers, Engineers, Facilities, and Security for completeness and contract compliance.
