You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Naval Support Activity of NAVAL ACQUISITION CAREER CENTER.
Duties
You will apply mastery of the concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels
You will interpret, assess, and project potential impact of new/revised Congressional legislation on financial management programs.
You will develop and render authoritative interpretations of executive orders, OMB guidance within and across agency lines and Department guidance.
You will use judgment and ingenuity and exercises broad latitude in interpreting the intent of applicable financial guidelines.
You will plan, set, and schedule work as necessary to assure effective and expeditious accomplishment of priorities to lead, supervise, motivate and counsel employees in meeting financial management goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution;
Experience ensuring the financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports;
Experience developing, recommending and implementing budgetary/financial policies within the organization;
Experience conducting management evaluation of issues of financial consequence raised in audit reports, budget reviews, etc. and recommends alternatives for corrective action;
