Qualifications
NOTE: You must meet qualification requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
To qualify for the GS-12 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level defined as conducting projects and/or studies to evaluate program performance and efficiency in enforcement programs; preparing and analyzing reports.
To qualify for the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level defined as conducting projects and/or studies to evaluate program performance and efficiency in enforcement programs; preparing and analyzing reports; and communicating recommendations on program activities and/or metrics.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and directives related to enforcement programs.
Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods for assessing program development, execution, and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, directives, and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources.
Ability apply methodologies used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning management and administrative processes, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action.
Skill in preparing project papers, staff reports, and oral briefings to encourage understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
Skill in written communication.
Skill in oral communication.
